How to go from outline to a deck you can present

1. Step 1

   Open .ppt or .pptx, or start from a template

   New, search lecture or pitch. Replace placeholder titles. Keep one idea per slide.

2. Step 2

   If you use AI slides, treat the draft as an outline

   Rewrite claims you cannot source. Delete filler bullets.

3. Step 3

   Rehearse in fullscreen with notes

   Edit view is not the talk. Check fonts on the projector PC if you can.

4. Step 4

   Export PDF as a backup

   If the host PC has no WPS, the PDF still shows.

Formats

Opens .ppt, .pptx, .pptm, .pps, and WPS .dps. Huge media-heavy decks can be slow on old PCs. Compress video before you travel.
