WPS Cloud and file sync

Sign in on PC and phone with the same account. Cloud Docs keep an invoice on both. Recycle Bin can undo a mobile delete. Free cloud space is limited. Premium raises the cap.

WPS also talks to Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive in many builds. For legal or medical files, prefer local copies plus your own encrypted drive. Recover steps: unsaved files. Limits: free vs Premium.

Offline still works for files already on disk. Sync waits until the next connection. If two devices edit the same cloud file, keep one copy locally before you resolve a conflict. Cloud Recycle Bin does not help a file that never left the PC.

A simple rule

Use Cloud so the phone and PC see the same invoice. Still Save As a local copy of anything you cannot replace. Ads and AI need a network. Writer on a .docx in Documents does not.
